Hidden Valley Lake
is a private, upscale community located in Southeastern Indiana. 
The community has 1700 homes located on 1746 acres of rolling, wooded land. The main amenity is a 150 acre lake and there are six smaller lakes.
HVL has one of the largest populations in Dearborn County, Indiana, home to Perfect North Ski Slopes and Argosy Casino.
The community has a sports complex, swimming pool, fitness center, tennis courts, beach, marina, basketball court, nature trails, walking paths and a golf course to allow residents and guests to enjoy their community.
A wide variety
of wildlife, such as, white tail deer, wild turkey, duck, fox and many more
exist on over 560 acres of greenbelt.
The community has a police force to enforce the laws and rules and a maintenance department to clear over 35 miles of snowy roads and maintain the community.
