HVL Fitness Center offers 24 hour Access 7 days a week to all Fitness Center Members.
Fitness Center Membership Forms Online
Fitness Center Membership forms available online. Visit www.hiddenvalleylakepoa.com and look for Fitness Center Enrollment forms.
Memberships can be purchased in the Fitness Center or the POA office during regular hours. If you can not come in during those hours please call Angie Ruberg at 812-537-3091 x8 or email aruberg@comcast.net to set up and appointment to take a look at or join the Fitness Center. Cash/check/visa or MasterCard accepted for membership. Please allow 5 business days to activate all new memberships; you will be notified by email or phone once your new membership is activated. Members must be at least 16 years old or older to join the gym. Memberships are $18.00 per month, minimum 1year agreement.
HVL Fitness Center will provide access to the Facility using a Keyless Entry Code System. You will receive a Personal Access Code to the facility. By entering you acknowledge the supervision is not always provided at the facility. Allowing a non-member to enter the Fitness Center with you or use of your code by anyone other than yourself will result in immediate loss of membership and a fine. Use of this facility is strictly for members only.

Get your College Students a Fitness Center Membership for the summer
A 3 Month College Student Membership is $75.00; contact Angie Ruberg at aruberg@comcast.net to sign up for the summer!
- Must have Student ID and present at the time of registration (need copy)
- $75.00 membership fee must be paid in full at registration
Group Fitness at the Fitness Center
Zumba is instructed by Tonda Denton at the Fitness Center on Monday’s 6:30pm-7:30pm. Zumba combines Latin and International music and dance themes to create a dynamic, exciting, effective work-out with unique moves and combinations.
Yoga is an excellent way to reduce your stress level, relax your body and mind, increase energy, confidence, flexibility, strength and stamina. Sharon McAndrew instructs a Yoga class on Mondays from 8:30pm-9:30pm, Cynthia Stafford instructs classes on Tuesdays 9:00am – 10:00am and Friday 9:30am-10:30am
Step & Sculpt is a combination cardio and step and muscle conditioning taught by Laura Pruitt on Tuesdays from 6:15pm-7:15pm using weights, bands and step.
Body Sculpting this a total body work out that will strengthen and tone all major muscle groups. This is instructed by Cynthia Stafford on Fridays 8:30am -9:30am.
Sweat & Sculpt is a combination of cardio dance and step and is taught by Cindy Ousey on Wednesdays 6:30 pm-7:30pm
