Would you like to have your dues automatically deducted each billing period in January and July? Hidden Valley Lake Property Owners Association (POA) uses Online Cash Management from United Community Bank. With this product, we are able to securely conduct our banking transactions online. With providing us with your account number and your Financial Institution routing number, we will be able to automatically deduct payments from your account to pay your Property Owners dues in January and July each year.
If you would like to sign up for this service, please contact the POA office at 537-3091 and we will mail out an Authorization Agreement form for you to complete and return to the POA office along with a copy of a voided check.
Your payment may be deducted from your account on either the 5th or 25th of the billing month. You can also download the form from our website www.hiddenvalleylakepoa.com and click on the HVL Forms button. Click on the Bank auto withdrawal application and print out the form to complete.
